Plant ID Online Resource for 4-H and Master Gardeners

The Plant Identification Learning Module is an online tool for learning about plants. Created with Florida 4-H youth and Master Gardeners preparing for state contests in mind, it's useful to plant enthusiasts as well. Images and information on 200 vegetables, fruits, flowers and landscape plants are included, and there's a self-test option to judge your progress.

The Straughn Extension Professional Development Center landscape plan was designed as a demonstration area for Florida-Friendly Landscaping™(FFL). The goal of the FFL program is to educate Floridians on the protection and conservation of water resources through landscape design and maintenance practices. The Straughn Center landscape will provide a showcase for FFL on the UF campus and opportunities for the general public, students, and IFAS faculty and staff from across the state to learn the principles of Florida-Friendly Landscaping™.
